Harly Neumann, Ph.D.
For 20 years, I have advised high-performance individuals in environments that demand they be their best selves as leaders. I have advised, counseled, and coached NCAA athletes, academics, c-suite executives, vice presidents, and world-renowned physicians and surgeons. I have been a consultant for organizations in the consumer goods space, tech, insurance, healthcare, construction, and senior living, many of which are household names and brands. I have been the vice president of human resources at several companies and a startup founder.
Prior to my professional career, I was in academia studying and researching leadership as a Fulbright Scholar at Stanford University while obtaining a Ph.D. in applied psychology. I did research in the areas of leadership self-awareness as well as corporate behavioral integrity. I have taught at the university level, presented at national conferences, and written peer-reviewed academic papers.
